SUKHMAN – Youth Mental Well-being
SUKHMAN, derived from the Punjabi words “Sukh” (ਸੁਖ), meaning “peace,” and “Man” (ਮਨ), representing “mind,” is a dedicated initiative designed to cultivate and enhance the mental well-being of today’s youth. In a fast-paced and often stressful world, this project seeks to provide valuable resources and support to empower young individuals in their journey towards better mental health.
